My password

When you made your first purchase with us, you would have received two email messages: one to confirm your order placement and one with the password for your automatically generated account. Go to the account log in page and use that password and your email address.

I cannot find my password

Go to the account log in page and click on the “Lost Your Password” at the bottom right of the login screen.

My email address is not recognised when I try to log in or when I try to recover my lost password

Automatic account creation was activated when we introduced downloadable patterns on our TENUNO department. If you made your first purchase before May 2020, you may not have an account in our website. In that case, proceed to the checkout, fill out your delivery address and email details and an account will automatically be made for you as you complete your transaction.
